Through a detailed facial assessment and collaborative imaging, I was able to pinpoint that the radix—the point where the bridge of the nose begins—was positioned too deep. We addressed this by augmenting the radix, centering the nasal bridge, and refining and lowering the tip. These subtle adjustments have enhanced the overall harmony of his features, creating a more balanced and masculine appearance that beautifully complements his new jaw and chin contour.
