Our goals in this case were to:

  • Refine, lift and soften the nasal tip while preserving structural support
  • Correct dorsal irregularities without over-resection
  • Straighten dorsal deviation on front view
  • Improve overall nasal balance and harmony with the facial profile
  • Restore breathing, strength and stability compromised by prior surgery
  • Achieve a natural result that does not look “operated on”

Revision rhinoplasty is inherently more complex than primary surgery. Scar tissue, altered anatomy, and previous structural changes require a meticulous, conservative, and structural approach. In this case, the objective was correction and refinement, not transformation.

This is an early postoperative result. Swelling will continue to resolve over the coming months, with further refinement expected.
